Located on the coastline, with its coast into the Atlantic Ocean, San Bernardo is connected to Mar de Ajó on Avenida de la Costa. Its beaches are narrow with clear water, fine golden sand and are visited by the Argentinians who have their summer houses and thousands of tourists who visit it every year. Over the past years it has grown tremendously, as it has a great tourism infrastructure to receive visitors in regards of both lodging and services.

The San Bernardo beaches have the best services available to visitors. Tents or beach umbrellas, chairs and couches are available for rent, so you can enjoy a day full of sun. Bars and restaurants have lovely terraces with sea views, sitting there and enjoying some great drinks or food is an unavoidable pleasure in San Bernardo, which offers this unique feature as distinctive to the rest of the beaches in Argentina.

The Observatorio de la Costa is very popular and from there you can see galaxies, planets and constellations.

At night you have the discos, pubs, theaters or trying your chance at bingo are just some of the many possibilities for the night.

Weather & Flights

By air you get on a plane to Buenos Aires and from there by car or bus to San Bernardo Road, about 325 miles away.

During the summer, the average temperature is 33 degrees celsius between December and March, so this is the ideal time to visit the place.
