Situated only 17 kilometres from Puerto Montt city, Puerto Varas is at present one of the most popular tourist destinations with local and foreign visitors.

It owes its beauty and charm to the amazing Lake Llanquihue and the impressive Osorno volcano. Also known as the city of roses, it has one of the most sophisticated and modern casinos which is a major attraction to the city. In La Cascada, a very small village of only seven hundred inhabitants, there is a marvellous place where tourists marvel at the majestic waterfalls.

Weather & Flights

There are daily flights from Santiago to El Textual airport in Puerto Montt, from where you travel to your destination by land. The best time to come is between December and March, when the temperatures are about 25ºC.
