For those who love ocean and virgin nature, it is essential to visit Parque Nacional Morrocoy. This wild wonderful place is only three hours from the Capital City of Venezuela. Its magnificence is due to the quantity of islets, coves and islands over Golfo Triste, which are some of the most wonderful beaches in Venezuela.
Many islands are beaches with very white sand, calm water and desert shores, idealto rest and be away from the noise and movement of great cities. One of the most visited islands is Cayo Sombrero, with calm blue water appropriate to admire the fantastic coral reefs under it. Cayo Norte beach is also preferred by tourists, since they like to go to this distant paradise to swim in the night.
In Morrocoy we have many varied hotel complexes and typical inns. The park is near the towns of Tucaras and Chichivirichi, so we can choose five stars hotels or more economical lodging.

We can arrive by land from the airport of Caracas where flies from all over the world arrive. Average annual temperature is between 27º and 30º, which gives us the possibility of going in any season of the year.
