In the southeast of Buenos Aires, with coasts on the Atlantic Ocean with beautiful beaches, is Miramar, a very quiet town surrounded by nature with a good infrastructure designed for tourists. It has twenty miles of beaches to enjoy the sun, water, and have fun with water sports or sunbathe for total enjoyment. This city has everything you've dreamed of: from crowded beaches to secluded beaches, great vegetation and breathtaking parks to roam around in. With clear waters that touch its shores, fine golden sand, the Miramar beaches are spectacular both for tanning on the sand to sport fishing and is a great attraction for tourists.
WHERE TO STAY AND WHAT TO DO - HOTELS AND ACTIVITIES
You may choose to stay in hotels, apart hotels, lodges, inns, cottages, bungalows and campsites. The supply of accommodations is varied in Miramar, with options for all tastes and budgets. In addition, renting homes by the month or for a two week period is very common in Miramar, finding from grand mansions to small farms or apartments.
Go horseback riding and visit the Parque Patricios, and playing or watching golf games are very sought out forms of entertainment by visitors. It is also common to see convoys of body boarders in search of waves to slide.
Walking along its streets is very pleasant: very quiet, lots of trees and flowers, especially the pedestrian street is very crowded because of its bars, restaurants, craft airs and outdoors shows.
HOW AND WHEN TO GO - WEATHER AND TRANSPORTATION
To arrive at Miramar you take a flight to Mar del Plata, only about 45 miles away, or if you prefer to come overland from Buenos Aires, it's about 450 miles of good roads.
The best time to visit is summer, from December to March the temperature varies from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius, the climate is temperate and humid.
