The Republic of Indonesia has a whopping 17,508 islands, its name comes from Greek meaning islands of India and internationally stands as the fourth most populous country in the world.Its capital is Jakarta, and is geographically divided into seven provinces. The two best known are Sumatra and Java, the latter is the birthplace of the famous Java man that lived more than 500,000 years ago. What stands out in Indonesia is the unique beauty of its beaches which are certainly the most beautiful beaches in Asia. Among them is one of the best Lombok, between Bali and Sumbawa. Another beach in Indonesia, which certainly qualifies among the best beaches in the world is Pasir Putih, and of course, in the Bay of Manado, Bunaken Island.
Indonesia is thus an exotic destination, with really lovely beaches where you can enjoy the sun and the ocean, striking contrasts of colors, one of a kind flora and fauna. Bottom line, a dream destination!
