Known as the island of the gods, Bali has just 153 km wide and 112 km long, so it is small enough to be driven around in a day. Here three sacred volcanoes dominate the range straddling the north and the east, which combined with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, gives the island the categorization of a top holidays destinations.

Among the best beaches in Bali, we found the lovely Kuta Beach. Here you will find, besides a top surfing beach, the place where all the fun takes places in Bali, because all the night and day parties happens there, and young people from all over the world came to Bali for its famous Kuta Beach parties. But, from a natural point of view, we found several other beaches in Bali more beautiful than Kuta.

Other beaches you should visit while during your stay in Bali are Legian beach, a very nice sandy beach, or Seminyak Beach, where you will see the most amazing sunsets of Indonesia.

WHERE TO STAY AND WHAT TO DO - HOTELS AND ACTIVITIES

Every style of accomodation is available, this place has the best equipped hotels with front-line service; but you can also opt for lower cost hotels depending on your finances.

But of course, visit the others beaches in Bali should be the main activity. For example, Jimbaran Beach, is a relaxing place with excellent resorts and top beaches to enjoy. Or you can go to Nusa Dua Beach, where you will find breathtaking sandy beaches and a luxury hotels for you accommodation.

Other excellent beach options are Sanur Beach, Tanjung Benoa Beach and Bingin beaches, all of them with amazing crystalline waters, palm trees and excellent spots for diving.

HOW AND WHEN TO GO

To go to Bali you must take an international or domestic flight to Denpasar or you can also arrive by ferry from any other Indonesian islands.

You can go to Bali during the whole year, because the weather here is excellent, but if you have to choose the driest season is from May to September.
